The Only way to get fit for CrossFit….. is To Do CrossFit.

At CrossFit Shen Li, you will start your fitness journey with an On-Ramp course. ‘ Let me go to gym to get fit for CrossFit’, we so often hear the above statement and its important to emphasize that the only way to get fit for CrossFit is to do it !

We understand it may be a daunting experience for someone new to CrossFIt, and this is why we have the On Ramp course, to ease you in, educate you on this awesome sport and ensure that you are ready and knowledgeable to join the Main CrossFit Classes. We will work through the 9 foundational CrossFit movements and the techniques for these movements and you will get a thorough understanding of what CrossFit is all about. At CrossFit Shen Li we put injury prevention and safety of our members at the very top of our priority list

Each Newbie is required to attend a full 4 sessions course. These are held on Thursday evenings at 18:30pm and Sundays 9:30am. It includes:

 

  • Pre and Post Fitness Assessment
  • Inbody Analysis
  • On Ramp Manual
  • Basic nutrition guidelines
  • On ramp certificate
  • ZAR850 inc VAT
